• HTML in regards to Fonts and Colors, Lists and Tables, Hyperlinks and Frames, Images, Image Maps : hand coding basics, and knowing where to look for more advanced code
• CSS experience : setting up internal and external style sheets, finding and altering existing code to fit a project
• JavaScript experience : Knowing enough about the language to find and alter code for desired results on a project
• Basic Perl coding/programming experience

Techincal Skills

• Knowledge of the web design process, from initial idea to final debugging/quality assurance checks
• Working with audio and video and understanding the importance of architecture in Web application design
